I am writing
to express my deepest thanks for a job above and beyond.
Last November,
the Friday before Thanksgiving, I frantically called requesting
a supply of checks as paychecks were being distributed the following
Wednesday at 9am. I had to have the checks by Tuesday so that I
could cut payroll or i would have been hanged by the 90 or so employees.
(I only had about 30 or so checks left!)
John LaIacona
was able to process my request and have my order to me within two
business days. John went extra steps ensuring that the distributor
received the order, could process the request in the timeframe needed
and checked on Monday that the distributor had completed the order
and sent overnight.
Tuesday at 3:30pm
came and I still did not have the checks (tension is growing . .
.) so I called John one more time for the tracking number for Federal
Express. The checks finally arrived about 5pm and I lived another
day.
Even though
this letter of thanks is coming later, the gratitude that I have
is not any less. I really appreciate the time, energy and help that
John gave me at a very critical time in my office.
